Saving space on "custom" server-live iso

Is it possible to "remove" items on the server-live image ?

For example hwe items - I dont boot with that so can I remove it ?
are there any BIG packages that I might be able to remove ?

Another item I would not use is Wireless -  Can I remove anything wireless
from it ?

Trying to make the server-live iso smaller.
