Thanks Everyone for the suggestions. I was in fact a DNS issue.
Only a primary DNS was entered - and it was not working for some reason.
Once I changed to the secondary (testing) which resolved names - it started
working.
Then I went back and added both pri and sec DNS and continues to work even
though no response on pri DNS on port 53.
