Without knowing more about your setup I can say that queued mail usually
has a DNS or domain problem. From what you said I'm guessing that you
are using the computer with sendmail on it to send and receive? sendmail
needs to know its domain. Posting your sendmail.mc would be very
helpful. Make sure you have a host name in your /etc/hosts file with an
address.
Post your sendmail.mc file and describe your network connection and
exactly how you are trying to send the email.
