Two packages 'kept back' after latest apt update on 22.04

I recently did my usual 'apt update' and 'apt upgrade' and noticed the
following messages:-

    root at esprimo# apt update

    Hit:2 http://ppa.launchpad.net/vincent-vandevyvre/vvv/ubuntu jammy InRelease

The following packages have been kept back:
      gstreamer1.0-vaapi language-pack-gnome-en-base
0 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 2 not to upgrade.

Trying to explicitly install the held back packages or running "apt full-update"
doesn't sort things out.

Is there just a minor dependency problem in 22.04 which will get fixed in
due course or have I got something broken (it's the same on two different
systems).
