Oddly, this is the one part of the process that has never caused me a 
problem. Yes, asking for confirmation of your name every time is 
excessively silly, but harmless.

If they do, it must be in addition to normal email address and password 
login, not a replacement for them.

BTW where do I report a  bug in the email responses sent out by the 
Ubuntu Kernel Bot? I followed their most recent instructions but there 
was a lot of additional information needed which they didn't mention 
(which I guessed, but a new user probably wouldn't).
