Ubuntu 20.04.3 desktop (Cinnamon) - SSH disconnects when user logs off the desktop!

Thanks! I'll consider it for new lists. I've just started receiving 
mails for this list so I should be ok going forward.

I don't know how cinnamon configures/launches the desktop sessions.

GDM is for gnome (default on Ubuntu I think).

KDM is for KDE. There are any number of other desktop managers, XDM, 
SDDM, etc.
