No. Chrome is proprietary freeware. Ubuntu can't include or supply it;
it is not FOSS.
The official way is to get it from Google:
www.google.com/chrome
When you install the official Google .deb package, it adds Google
repositories into /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
and from then onwards you will get updates when you update the OS.
