Nothing I suppose. These install instructions include registration to a
PPA. I once tried to add a PPA before and had wound up reinstalling my
Ubuntu instance. Hence my hope to find an indexer in the standard
distribution.

I am proud to be an eternal novice. Life becomes too complicated for me
otherwise.
