Hi,

"Isolate+" is seemingly not available by any official Ubuntu package,
see https://packages.ubuntu.com/ , by searching for a package
containing "isolate" and files e.g. containing "solate".

Maybe it's this thingy:

https://www.ucw.cz/moe/isolate.1.html

"Isolate is a sandbox built to safely run untrusted executables,
offering them a limited-access environment and preventing them from
affecting the host system. It takes advantage of features specific to
the Linux kernel, like namespaces and control groups."

I couldn't find an Ubuntu package, but the Arch User Repository
provides it: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/isolate/

My guess is, that you installed one more more third party package/s
installing software that is doing something fishy.

Regards,
Ralf
