According to my bench power supply these boards with a 2TB Toshiba hard
drive take about 12W.
I upgraded the previous 32 bit board to this one in June 2020. It's
been running 24/7 since. I don't think these boards are available any
more, I picked up two of them at bargain price on eBay because they
were surplus to requirements but there should be something similar
available.
