Does installing dnsmasq disable systemd-resolved?

I have not tried this, but yeah, no, I can't imagine systemd
voluntarily or automatically giving up anything, no.

It struck me as a good question so I had a look, and it can be done.
This seems reasonably authoritative but I haven't tested it.
