The installation dialogs will give you the option of putting /home on
a different partition or drive. It used to be in the Something Else
options but I may be out of date on that.

If you want to move an existing /home from where it is to a different
partition then no doubt google will tell you how.  I did do it once,
but would have to look it up myself.
