My #1 advice would be: try some different distros. They have different
levels of device driver support.

A rolling-release distro will get you the latest kernel and modules.

You could try openSUSE Tumbleweed -- it's the easiest rolling-release
distro I know.

Use a tool such as Ventoy to put multiple ISO files on a single USB to
make trying live media easier.
