try 'snap changes' to find the change ID of the currently running
refresh ... 

with 'snap change <ID number>' you can see details of this specific
task ... 

with 'snap abort <ID number>` you can force-stop the running task ... 

then a 'snap remove --purge firefox' should get rid of the snap (and
thanks to the --purge also of all potential user data).
