I forgot to point out how one /home dir in the / (root) dir can be
shared without the need of a dedicated partition, when not using the
link approach.
I'm doing it for my Ubuntu's /boot directory (not for /home).
[rocketmouse at archlinux ~]$ grep bind /mnt/moonstudio/etc/fstab
/mnt/archlinux/.boot/ubuntu_moonstudio/boot /boot none bind 0 0
"bind" mount does the trick.
