OK, this one is easy. Don't. That's the wrong way to do it. Physical
media are for physical computers. VMs are virtual. That's what the "V"
stands for. Virtual machines use virtual media.
Pick the VM's virtual optical drive, browse to an ISO file, use it.
Job done. 10× quicker, 10× easier.
Win10 ISOs are free downloads from Microsoft.com.

It's much easier on Linux; no need for the crappy MS media creator tool.
Download ISO, point VM at it, and you'll be installed in 5min.
Don't waste time writing ISOs to media. Don't waste time waiting for
slow USB interfaces. Don't use USB media at all.
