I have just upgraded from 20.04 to 20.1 groovy raspi 4. By change the
value in a file from LTS to normal.
I guess if I run upgrade again then the system will be upgraded from 20.1
to 21.04.
Still It has made a huge difference. The minimise maximise options are
available. I can resize windows. The windows move very smoothly now in the
vnc . Overall just alot more faster .
I didn't install the desktop version just the server then xfce4 for vnc.
I wasn't really seeing the benefits by trying to be frugal until now.
