This is not a direct answer, because I don't _know_ a direct answer,
but have you tried Googling this?

I am not sure what you're trying to achieve here -- you have not told
us enough to be able to guess. Well, I can't, anyway.
Is this physical hardware, or a VM?
Is this machine in your home, or office, or a server room somewhere,
or in a rack in a datacentre, or what?
Is it a BIOS or UEFI machine?
If it is in a remote site does that remote site not have a PXE net
boot server or something?
Is there any OS on the machine at the moment?
How are you accessing the machine?
