Ubuntu install using NFS

Is there a way to use NFS to install Ubuntu 20.04 for the "live" CD ?

my machine(s) only has 2G. doing the ramdisk_size=1500000 root=/dev/ram0
and url=xxx does not work - I get a curtain error.  So can I not take that
ram and do and NFS mount for the CD cause downloading it gives error ?
