I am looking at this page
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport
It shows the report format.
One interesting message and familiar one is this one 0x00002ae577bb37bf.
I remember I was once trying to install a C++ IDE on Microsoft NT and I
was getting a similar error.
I didn't know what it means. My solution was to ask the support guy for
the MS bugs CD. I uploaded the 600 MB CD and voila I was able to install
the C++ IDE.
I always wonder what kind of people write such error messages and how they
expect users to fix them from reading this.

I'm a developer. How do I use these crash reports?
Report format
apport internally uses the standard Debian control syntax for reports, i.
e. keeps everything in a flat file that looks like this:

ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/gcalctool
Package: gcalctool 5.8.24-0ubuntu2
ProcCmdline: gcalctool
ProcEnviron:

PATH=/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/games
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
