Openvpn on 20.04

Hi all,

I am trying to connect to Openvpn (watchguard).
Nothing was working on VPN setup the ADD button was ghosted.
I found these instructions:

Which "seemed" to work - however - when I activate the VPN - I see no
errors - but the VPN is not working.

This is the only message I see in syslog:
NetworkManager[855]: <info>  [1627733886.3069] policy: set 'VPN_Office'
(tun0) as default for IPv4 routing and DNS

What might I be missing ?
