The version that is at that URL does not work under 20.10 -- the version of
one of the system libraries is too new.

I needed a VM running 20.10 to run a certain program: a DWG viewing program
that needs 20.10, so I created a VM and installed 20.10 in it. With the DWG
file I want to be able to view is a PDF file. I originally wanted to keep
that PDF with the DWG file, but that is not a viable option (because 20.10
lacks a viable PDF viewer).
