Thank you. Mea culpa. I read that article a long time ago, so I didn't 
re-read it.

IMNSHO the most salient bit is

Governments and educators long ago gave up any pretence that they were 
doing digital education. They are just providing their new digital 
masters with a growing flock of bewildered lambs who have been taught 
that this is all there is.
