It's caused by a left-over crash report file in /var/crash, the
handling of these is often not very 'clean' and they produce the
repeated pop-up windows you're seeing with no content when you say
"Report error".

To get rid of the problem you need to remove any xxxx.crash files in
/var/crash. You need to be root (i.e. sudo to do it) to do this.
It's probably worth looking at the file[s] first just to check what
the crash was.
