System program problem detected - no details - UbuntuMATE 20.10

Hello.

In using UbuntuMATE 20.10, fully updated, I am again getting the 
meaningless (no details) system error message as shown in the attached 
screenshot.

This is occurring within a few minutes of a clean shutdown and orderly 
reboot, and, from time to time, during each uptime session.

Despite previously raising the issue, as the error message shows, 
details of the problem, are concealed.

I do not know who (the Ubuntu people, or, the MATE people) are 
responsible for the generation of the error message, but, perhaps, the 
error message could be investigated?

 From memory, in version 16.04, the equivalent error message included 
both the operating system version number, and, the option to display the 
problem details; eg
"Ubuntu 16.04 is experiencing a system error.
Do you want to report it?
<Show details> <Report error> <Cancel>"
or, something like that.
