Top posting again due to hotmail in browser,
you could spam these guys for example,
man hciconfig | grep "@"
Written by Maxim Krasnyansky <maxk at qualcomm.com> and Marcel Holtmann

man page by Fabrizio Gennari <fabrizio.gennari at philips.com>
I recently contacted the coreutils address in the man page and got a response
regarding the '"date" command and adding an option to resolve ambiguities
in date strings by use choice. That is, they elaborate on the ambiguities
but make odd choices with no ability to defeat those. For example, "1999"
is an invalidate date but "2000" is not because it thinks this is HHMM instead
of YYYY or even ms since epoch. I never would have guessed or wanted that.
I was using it to clean up dirty dates but again may have been better doing it
all myself although maybe they will add the feature. It would be unlikely
to have a time mixed in with month day and year in bibliographic info
for example.

I got some too and I had similar problems. Current implementations of BT
for Linux simply don't try hard enough to find and pair devices and keep
them paired. And they don't pass that data to the sound system, so even
if you manage to pair the device, your sund system never gets to know
about it, so it keeps maintaining there is no device connected.
Is there some way to get the BT devs to talk to the sound system devs?
