ZTE phones as modems on Beaver - anyone try that?

Again top posting from hotmail browser page,
The phone is only a year or so old and I'd have to check
the plan but it still should let me access the files ( images )
which I can not do. The camera feature was just another
thing I thought would be nice but may require an app
or something. I would like to think I could download a
phone SDK from somewhere but its probably locked.
There are probably more created barriers here than just
missing pieces :)

What haven't been mentioned so far, are
How old is the cellphone?
What operating system (including version number) is the cellphone running?
Does the customer have a cellphone contract that includes a data
component, to allow the phone to be used for accessing the Internet?
