Short-keys to switch workspaces?

Hello all,

I know, I can switch workspaces with CTRL-ALT-Up and CTRL-ALT-Down. This works
fine if there are only two or three Workspaces. But it gets very annoying when
there are abot 10 workspaces. In Addition, one needs ALWAYS two hands to
switch workspaces.

With KDE, one can switch virtual desktops using CTRL-Fx. How can I tell Unity
to switch workspaces with CTRL-Fx?
