Will installation on BIOS systems with no ESP be supported in 21.04?

>From what I have seen on that lauchpad web page, the bug, as it
stands, is apparently regarded as acceptable, by the powers that be,
with the expectation tat users will simply have to apply a hellishly
complicated workaround, that the powers that be, also apparently
regard as acceptable, so the official response, and, the official
status of the bug, appears to be that the bug is fixed, to the
satisfaction of the powers that be, and, if anyone (like me) is silly
enough to want run Ubuntu on a BIOS system, then, tough luck.
