Will installation on BIOS systems with no ESP be supported in 21.04?

I would, but, it needs a login account, and I already have too many
accounts and passwords. I am too old and too forgetful, to add more
login details to my already overloaded memory.
Whilst no obligation exists, hopefully (like throwing a message bottle
in the sea, in the hope that someone will see it), someone from
