Question about installation procedure of 21.04

Hello.

In installing UbuntuMATE 21.04, using the downloaded iso, I am
wondering why, on the screen"Install (as superuser)", where it has
"What apps would you like to install to start with?", and, "Other
options", the option "Download updates while installing UbuntuMATE" is
greyed out, prohibiting the option from being selected.
