There's a "Search for firmware" box right at the top, and
https://fwupd.org/lvfs/docs/users. Quite a few Dell devices are listed
as supported on https://fwupd.org/lvfs/devices/#dell, but it looks like
your model isn't among them, so that's no use to you.
(If your device were supported, then firmware updates are integrated
into GNOME Software and KDE Discover, or you can poke it from the
command line using fwupdmgr. Sounds like this won't work for you,
though.)
