Please post your replies _under_ the test you're replying to. It's
very easy on Gmail: press Ctrl-A to expand all the quoted text, cursor
down, remove anything irrelevant and type your answer. It's what I am
doing right now.

It arguably does.

Here is a member of the MS Visual Studio dev team explaining why it's
still 32-bit (11 years ago) and why that helps performance even on
64-bit.

FWIW: I have Ubuntu Server 20.04-1 64-bit on an RPi 4 4GB. It works
well. Not without any glitches at all but well.
