I've tried Jitsi for videoconferencing via Jitsi Meet; it's good. No
useful user documentation, but at least for teleconferencing it's very
simple.
The SIP functionality is oddly hard to find on the website - look for
"Jitsi Desktop". The Ubuntu repository installation instructions don't
work, and the whole project has a sort of half-arsed feel to it.
