Sadly Windows is the native OS of PCs, and if you want to run PCs and
do things like update your firmware, you need Windows sometimes.

Just use VirtualBox and a free ISO from microsoft.com.

Google in English, and practice your skills. It took me seconds and it
was on my first try. No black magic involved.

There were 2 different techniques in the link. You need to try both,
and keep notes of what happened, what your machine said, and share
them with us.
