Password Safe

I have Password Safe installed it is v1.08.2.  I want to get a more current
version but the version on the Ubuntu servers is still the same version.  I
went to the Password Safe web site and they have v3.52.  I downloaded the
supplied DEB (passwordsafe-ubuntu18-1.10-amd64.deb) but it will not install
because the libs it wants to install are no longer available and the current
libs installed on my system are newer versions.  Does anyone know where I can
get a version of Password Safe that will install v3.52 on Ubuntu 20.04?
