Upgrade from 19.10 to 20.04 failed - upgrade process broken

The system is broken; the file manager (caja - in UbuntuMATE) would
not cut and paste files, then crashed (the file manager crashed, not
the system), so, I have run that composite command, and will find what
is the end result.
