Mouse pointer in chromium

Since upgrading to 20.04, the mouse pointer in Chromium when rolling over a
link becomes a hand with a finger pointing to the left.

It is much harder to see than the normal solid black arrow.  I've tried
finding a way to change it using Gnome Tweaks but haven't been successful.

Is there a way to change the mouse pointer?
