Oh and worth mentioning because a lot of people don't know you can do
this, but it's very cool, here's how you can convert all those DOCX
files:

   soffice --headless --convert-to odt *.docx

It doesn't actually convert the file; it creates a copy with the same
name but a different extension. You can convert to any format
LibreOffice can output, from any format it can read.
