On 19.10 Ctrl+Alt+F1 locks the screen and puts me at the GUI login
screen.  Instead I have to do Ctrl+Alt+F3 (or some higher ones) to get
me to a text login screen, from there Ctrl+Alt+F2 takes me back to the
running GUI session.

This caused me some confusion when it was initially changed, I think
that might have been in 18.10 but not certain.
