AFAIK, your "Although GNOME Shell integration extension ..." message
means that you have to install "chrome-gnome-shell" which, in spite of
its name, will allow you to use the Gnome extensions site if you have
the Gnome Shell integration extension/add-on installed in
Chrome/Chromium/Firefox.
