Ubuntu 20.04 no sound with the usb sound card plugged.

Hi,

My box is installed with Ubuntu 20.04 with the following hardware
configurations:

Supermicro X10Dai motherboard,
Intel E5 2699 V4 * 2.

The motherboard has not integrated sound card, so I use a usb sound
card. But it seems the sound card is not found at all.

The sound card can work perfectly for the previous Ubuntu 19.10 on the
same machine.

Could someone please give me some hints for solving this problem?
