timekeeping application?

To my great distress, the little "hamster" applet, that I have used for
years to track my time, is no longer available in 20.04. I will see if
I can resurrect it somehow, but...

So I'm looking for recommendations for a simple, fast time tracker -
just date, start, end, note, with an export facility to CSV or
similar. Tagging would be excellent. Living in the dock would be
excellent.

Extra features are fine, as long as they don't get in the way of the
basics.
