Documents folder missing after UEFI?

It looks like it was MOK. If you do a search for MOK on this page,
there seems to be quite a bit of information on it:

I'm not sure if any of it will help in your case, but it's worth a
shot.

Is it in the trash?

Did you accidentally drag and drop it somewhere before doing the
upgrade? This command should find it if it still exists and is in the
wrong place:

locate Documents | grep /Documents$
