In Germany we hope that it prevents us against the need of triage. At
the moment the violation of our constitution still seems to be ok for
almost all of us, OTOH some ideas of additional steps consider loss of
data protection on a voluntary basis. Those deciding to give up data
protection on a voluntary basis should gain advantages, those who
don't, should not gain advantages ;). IOW at some point the unethical
degree of triage is already exceeded by the measures used to prevent
against triage and the advantages not available for some folks, react
upon those who get those advantages, since e.g. favouring some folks
for Corona tests and deny it for others gains absolutely noting. I for
example don't own a smart phone, so I could not benefit from the
advantage of a Corona test based on loss of data protection on a
voluntary basis at all, but I'm working in a system relevant job ;).
