On behalf of the moderation team, please stop thread. This is way off
topic for the list and not everyone needs to hear about local
politics.
OP: If you're only having the issue with the one Ubuntu computer then
please ask a more targeted question about how to troubleshoot. If
you're experiencing ISP problems with all your devices then emailing
this list will not be able to help you in anyway shape or form,
contact your ISP.
