No idea, but it's sounding like this sort of thing definitely isn't
for inexperienced users unless you can work out the kinks in the
script so that all of the details are handled smoothly by it rather
than the user.

I can understand that. In the interest of gaining access to that so
that you can finish the script, though, there are some services on the
Internet that offer a way for you to send and receive SMS messages for
free.

I didn't realize that, but my use of their site has mostly been for
Gists.
