Thanks, doing "apt install linux-image-5.0.0-13-generic" gives:

linux-image-5.0.0-13-generic is already the newest version
(5.0.0-13.14).
linux-image-5.0.0-13-generic set to manually installed.

while the upgrade program said that it may
not be in a working state
