Regarding firmware packages run

  apt list -qqa *microcode* linux-firmware

  dmesg | grep micro

A BIOS update could help, too, but can't be done by installing a
package.

Btw. the microcode also affects meltdown and spectre mitigation, run

  cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/vulnerabilities/*
