passwordgorilla not working on 18.04

I just upgraded Ubuntu to 18.04 and now passwordgorilla does not work.  Doing a
search I find a problem that states TCL needs to be installed for 18.04.

tcl is already the newest version (8.6.0+9).
tcl set to manually installed.
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:

bob at Saturn:~$ 

Shows TCL is already installed.

Any suggestions on what to do next?
